Roof Cleaning That Transforms Your Property!

Roof cleaning is priced by roof size, pitch, and how heavy the moss growth is, so a small single story ranch costs considerably less than a steep two story with years of buildup. We give a free quote with a firm price before any work starts, and there is no obligation to book.

Send a photo of the roof with your enquiry and we can usually get a number back to you the same day.

High pressure absolutely can, which is why we never use it on shingles. Blasting a roof strips the protective granules that keep the shingle watertight and can void your manufacturer warranty.

We use a low pressure soft wash instead. It kills moss, lichen, and algae at the root and rinses gently, so the growth is gone and the roof is undamaged.

Most homes here do well on a two to four year cycle. Roofs under heavy tree cover or on shaded north facing slopes usually need attention closer to every two years, because those areas hold moisture longest through our wet winters.

If moss regrows in any area we treated within 18 months of the service, we come back and re treat that area at no additional cost to you. It applies to every roof cleaning we perform, with no separate signup and no extra fee.

Yes. We pre rinse and cover landscaping before we start, apply treatments at safe dilution, and rinse everything down afterward. Keep pets indoors while we are working and they can be back outside once the area has been rinsed and dried.

Pressure washing uses force to blast dirt off hard surfaces like concrete driveways, patios, and walkways. Soft washing uses low pressure and a cleaning solution to kill organic growth on delicate surfaces like roofs, siding, and painted wood.

Using the wrong one causes damage, which is why we match the method to the surface on every job. See our pressure washing and house washing pages for what suits each area of your property.
